Payment Methods
Credit Cards are well known and a de facto payment method the world round. PayFast currently supports the use of Mastercard and Visa credit cards and makes use of a variety of fraud protection mechanisms to protect against chargebacks.
Instant EFT is PayFast's patented, revolutionary method of EFT mediation which enables a buyer to pay via EFT from the major South African banks but without the hassle of a 2 day waiting period or faxing proof of payment.
Ukash is a voucher based payment system which practically allows "cash only" buyers to buy off your website. Buyers purchase a voucher at major retail outlets (eg. Pick n Pay) and redeem the vouchers against purchases from your site. This works for international buyers too!
PayFast has the ability to dispense vouchers which are redeemable at any PayFast seller. Vouchers can be purchased for yourself or someone else!
