Request money

You can sort out your orders via email and phone and once you have a total amount, you can send a payment request to your client from PayFast via email. They will receive an email explaining what the request is for and giving them a link to click to complete payment. Clicking this takes them to a payment page where they can pay via credit card, EFT or cash (via Ukash). Regards

In order to pay when receiving a request money email:

• Click on the link in the email you received.
• That will take you to the payment page.
• You can then login to your user account, and on the next page, select how you would like to pay (EFT, Credit Card, Ukash etc.)
• You then enter the necessary details for your payment method and click “Use”.
• Your payment will then be complete.
