International Payments

PayFast cannot unfortunately be used to send money to International recipients.

We are used by South Africans and South African companies to receive money from SA and international buyers.

Yes, you can receive payments from international countries via credit card and Ukash.

In order to receive payments by credit card though, you will need to verify your account. Once you have verified your account, the restriction will be removed.

This restriction may however be upheld if what you are selling represents a high risk of fraud.

By law, we are only allowed to accept payments denominated in ZAR. This is a South African Reserve Bank regulation which applies to ALL South African companies.

You can quote your prices in whatever currency you wish, but in the end the payment amount must be specified in Rands. We can still accept payments from foreign customers, but the amount must be in ZAR and the credit card system will take care of the conversion.
