As a seller, this doesn't matter as we can process payouts to any South African bank account.

As a buyer though, you will unfortunately not be able to use our Instant EFT payment method for the moment, if you don't bank with ABSA, FNB, Nedbank or Standard Bank.

We plan to add additional banks in due course as well as additional payment methods to make the system available to more users.

Yes, as a Premier, Business or Cause account holder you can receive payments funded by credit card (both local and international).

You will need to verify your account though to receive payments funded by credit card.

No, you currently cannot receive money from or transfer money to PayPal account with your PayFast account. We are however, very interested in this possibility ourselves, and are pursuing ways to make this happen.

We will keep you informed as to any developments in this regard as and when they happen.

Yes, you can receive money from international buyers through the use of Credit Cards or Ukash vouchers.

Unfortunately, no, we do not currently handle recurring payments/transactions but hope to in the future.

Our suggestion in this regard, is to rather ask your clients to pay for more than one month upfront at a discount (eg. “pay for 3/6/12 months upfront and receive a 20% discount”).

That way, you will have money upfront for multiple months of service and your clients will get a good deal by paying less. It's a win-win situation.
