There is a lot happening here at PayFast. We’re preparing to launch our redesigned website, there are new exciting payment methods which we’ll introduce soon and to top it all off, it is our fifth birthday month.
In celebrating this, we’re offering discounts of up to 25% on fees for accepting payments online. For the month of May, the fees will be as outlined below:
Accepting credit cards: 3.7% (plus R1.50)
Accepting Instant EFT: 1.5% (min R1.50)
Accepting mimoney: 3.0% (min R2.00)
Accepting Ukash: 6.3% (min R2.00)
Payout to bank account: R4.39
*note that all these fees are VAT exclusive
This is a great opportunity for our existing merchants to offer discounts or promotions of their own, passing the savings down to the customers. It is also a great time to join the thousands of individuals, businesses and causes who already accept payments online with PayFast.
