Although H.A.W.K. was only registered in 2015, Andre Verbiest had a dream turned into reality already in 2009 to help the voiceless and save who have no hope and a chance of survival or anywhere else including regular mass sterilization projects
H.A.W.K. is an NPC registered Animal Welfare Organization with a Pro-life and Pro-Quality-of-Life policy which focuses on assistance to animals in need in mainly but not limited to the surrounding townships and providing rehabilitation and re-homing to those rescued, surrendered or abandoned animals as well as education of responsible owners and humane animal care
