How do I set my logo to appear on the payments page?

Sellers can control some of the branding on the PayFast engine: the page where your customers enter or see the transactional information. When customers make payment, you can display your logo or trading name to your buyers.

To confirm if you have a logo uploaded, to upload a new one or replace an existing one do the following:

  1. Log in to your PayFast account
  2. Click the Settings tab
  3. Scroll down to Display
  4. Click on the Edit button
  5. You can add/update a logo in PNG, JPG or GIF format (images need to be smaller than 100kb in size)
  6. Click Update

Logos will automatically be resized to have a maximum width of 200 pixels and a maximum height of 70 pixels. 

If you don't have a logo, your trading name will be displayed. If you didn't set a trading name, the name and surname associated with the account would be displayed.
