Can I make payment with Capitec or other unsupported banks?

Instant EFT from Capitec Bank is unfortunately not supported but your Global One card is however able to be used online just like a regular credit card!

Please make use of the credit card option to make payment and use your Global One card details.

In the unlikely event that your card is not registered for online shopping (almost all are), please contact your nearest Capitec branch to activate it.

Alternatively you can still make payment using your Capitec account; however the process will be slightly delayed and we will need you to send us your proof of payment to complete the payment.

 To make payment from Capitec:

  1. Select the Instant EFT option when directed to our payments page.
  2. Select ABSA bank.
  3. Log into your Capitec internet banking and make the payment to the ABSA bank details provided on the payments screen.
  4. Send your proof of payment to

*NB: Your payment will not clear instantly as we need to manually process the payment on our side, we do not recommend paying from a Capitec bank account if what you have paid for my expire or sell out (eg: Tickets, sale items)
