Our Mission

C.H.A.I.N works around the country to save lives, defeat poverty and achieve social justice.

Our Vision

We seek a world of hope, tolerance and social justice, where poverty has been overcome and all people live in dignity and security.

Our Focus

We aim to have a centre for abused women and Children by December 2021, because we believe in keeping them safe and teaching them to overcome the challenges, they have faced

Principles

Independent of political, commercial, ethnic or religious objectives C.H.A.I.N promotes the protection of humanitarian space. We provide assistance on the basis of need, regardless of race, creed or nationality addressing the rights of vulnerable groups, particularly women and children.

C.H.A.I.N follows a set of Programming Principles in our emergency, rehabilitation and long-term development work. C.H.A.I.N 's principles are aligned with those of many other humanitarian agencies, and include:

- Promote empowerment
- Work with partners
- Ensure accountability and promote responsibility
- Address discrimination
- Seek sustainable results
- Do no harm

Our Specialty

The main objectives of “C.H.A.I.N” are:

– To assist the needy with basic recourses
– To host events for fundraising to accumulate funds to assist the needy
– To be a voice for those who cannot speak for themselves

C.H.A.I.N has supported and fed over 2500 families since the South African lockdown started, we are very proud of our projects and we hope to do so much more.
