Imisebeyelanga Services is a Non-Profit Organization that was founded in 2004 when we realized that community volunteers are being sent out into their respective communities, without proper skills, to care for terminally ill and frail persons. They were all working in rural and impoverished areas. We work throughout South Africa but currently focus on Gauteng, Limpopo and North-West Provinces. It includes areas such as Soshanguve, Mabopane, Ga-Rankuwa, Klipgat, Moeka, Ga-Mmotla, New Eersterust, Winterveldt, Ratjepane, Swartdam, Hebron and Temba.

Providing own finances for this training appeared to be a problem due to poverty and poor socio-economic conditions. Therefore, the Organization had to find a way to assist with that and all our empowerment programmes run on the basis of scholarships. Imisebeyelanga Services offers high-quality, one-of-a-kind, holistic training to volunteers.
