i4118 believes that through long-term character-building mentorship we can nurture a future generation who will be committed to positive family and community values. As our kids grow through our programme, we identify and raise up some of them to become “big brothers and sisters” and our ultimate goal will be for them to become mentors themselves, establishing a culture where we are both mentee and mentor throughout our lives.
