The founders realized that Government cannot achieve this mission single handedly and took a conscious decision to act so as to assist towards the advancement of this. Furthermore, they are also painfully concerned about the downward spiral of Grade 12 results in the Eastern Cape Province which shows that the resources should be focused on the Foundation and Intermediate phases and not GET only.
