Keter Eliyahu Community Foundation

For almost four years we have operated our vibrant kollelim – the biggest in Johannesburg and throughout Africa – which are situated in Fairmount, Johannesburg, South Africa. A kollel is an institution for advanced study of the Torah/Talmud and Jewish law for a congregation of scholars (avreichim). In addition to their professional morning or full-time job, our scholars (most of whom are married men), typically study at the kollel for up to 15 hours per week after their workday is over. For their dedicated hours of learning, they rely on receiving a monthly stipend – a kollel concept that is universally adhered to – that assists with their livelihood.

I am honoured to be able to present an opportunity where you can partner up with Torah learning, where the Torah learning that you support becomes as if it is your own. You would be participating in the well-known Torah-based business relationship known as the Yissachar-Zevulun partnership, which derives directly from the Torah.

Our sincere request is for you to please assist our Kollelim as best as you are able.

All donations are tax deductible under Section 18A.
Tax certificates are available for foreign partners.

We look forward to sharing our new website with you when it launches.

A sincere thank you for being such a vital part of our success! You and your families should be blessed with continuous good health, success, happiness, and all good things.
