LOGOS MINISTRIES

LOGOS Bible Church is located in Centurion, Pretoria, a suburb of Gauteng. LBC was founded by Shandrey and Reyhana Thumbran.

For nearly eight years, LBC has been a Voice of Faith, Hope Love and Victory with a practical approach to Biblical Teachings, together with their concern for the community at large, has been the reason for its growth and impact.

In 1998, Shandrey heard the audible Voice of God say to him;

“...I will send you to Bible School and use you to start My Church...”


The reality of this Voice soon began to unfold when God Miraculously Provided for Pastor Shandrey to attend Rhema Bible School in 2000.

In 2001 Pastor Shandrey married Pastor Reyhana Thumbran and they both graduated from Rhema Bible School in Randburg in 2003.

LOGOS hosted its first official Service in their two-bedroom townhouse in Centurion on October 17th 2004.

Again, led by the Voice of God, they were directed to sell all they owned. This included their three townhouses, as well as “sowing” their jobs and taking the proceeds and sowing it as a “First Seed” to accommodate the growth, for larger premises. Today LOGOS is a thriving multicultural multigenerational and one of the farthest growing Church’s in South Africa.

THE MANDATE

To minister the Word of God to the holistic man.
We believe that God desire that we Proper in every Area of our lives - Faith, Family, Fitness Finances and Fun.
This is why Jesus came to give us the Zoe Life (Abundantly Life) John 10:10.
We also believe that God Blesses us to be a Blessing.
Therefore our mandate is also:

To EMPOWER BELIEVERS to be effective end time soul reapers. To MATURE BELIEVERS in all their Covenant Promises
and To EQUIP BELIEVERS to be Agents of Kingdom Transformation.

THE IMPACT

Today, the Ministry has a broad range of Ministries including a Bible Training Centre, The Joseph School of Business, A School of Evangelism, Youth development Program, School Outreach Ministry, Feeding Schemes, Orphans Care Program, Creative Arts, A School of Leadership, and many others.

THE FUTURE

LOGOS Bible Church has a passion to Develop Leaders of Transformation. We Believe the “Gospel of the Kingdom does not belong within the four walls of a building but in the Market Place.” We are committed to transform the spheres that influence society to ultimately bring the Culture of the Kingdom in our Nation and beyond.
