OR Tambo School of Leadership

The OR Tambo School of Leadership is an Nonprofit political education institution of the ANC. It is
developed to drive cadre development in the organisation and to enhance the ideological, intellectual,
and technical capacity of the ANC and the broader democratic movement. The establishment of the
School follows the ANC’s 54 th National Congress which resolved to build conscious cadres in the
movement to advance the National Democratic Revolution and support ANC members with political
education.
