Sambhoga Yoga

The Sambhoga Yoga Foundation is a charity nexus, collecting funds on behalf of smaller NGOs or NPOs, and founded on two simple spiritual principles.

At SYF we believe that the act of Giving is the most elementary virtue and it's practice is the solid foundation upon which a rich and fulfilling spiritual life can be built.

At SYF we also believe that the kindness of our parents can never be repaid and we dedicate the blessings of charity to them, to that end.
