We provide all-embracing support for families with children who have long term health conditions so that they can still function as whole family units, who live to glorify the Lord’s name by reaching their full individual and collective potentials.

SOFFT is working towards providing the following solutions:

i. finding a sustainable approach to solving the needs of the families to whom we attend

ii. provide a record of sound business initiative and innovative business practices, utilized to increase our resources

iii. offer an opportunity where you can rather INVEST in the health care infrastructure in South Africa, rather than to simply pour funds into an ever increasing hole.

iv. The core opportunity we want to present to you is the implementation of strategies that will decrease the need for interventions rather that creating a culture of dependence on assistance.
