To build the image of the world‘s most triumphant ―Crime Fighting Initiative‖ to affect a change in the perception of a nation, a city and its people by the rest of the world. This then will be a hopeful impulse in the world, that will improve the condition of the human race.
Therefore our mission is to educate a person, to invest him with a ‗power‘ which shall open to him treasures of freedom, that will lead him to the threshold of his own mind.
