Umoja Wamama Crafters Cooperative

Umoja Wamama is a project of the Human Rights Media Centre and is registered with the CPIC - registration number 2015 / 004483 /24. the members are marginalised refugees and asylum seekers and South African struggle veterans. the women have craft skill learned in the countries of their origin and or passed on trans-generationally. These craft skills are shared through programme - sale of craft assists to alleviate poverty.
