Academy Business School is a dynamic company that was established on 1 October 2003. The core focus of the business is to serve as Skills Development Practitioner, to assist businesses with the Skills Development Act / Skills Development Levies Act compliance and to help with the implementation of the National Skills Development Strategy.
Academy Business School firmly beliefs in employing highly qualified and competent Education, Training and Development Practitioners who are equipped to assist the South African Labour Market with training planning, implementation and reporting responsibilities. We constantly strive to create job opportunities for Previously Disadvantaged Individuals (PDIs) through forming associations with individuals by contracting out facilitators and assessors where the need arises.
Our purpose is to provide occupational related Learning Programmes, skills programmes, short courses and assessment services in the Compliance, Business, Commerce and Management Field as well as the Education Training and Development Field, where these programmes are desperately needed. Academy Business School offers training and assessment that focus on the development of the individual, according to client organisation’s Human Resources Development Strategy, Workplace Skills Plan and Employment Equity Plan.

Our training and development processes enable Skills Development Facilitators, to implement planned training interventions accurately to maximise Skills Development Levy Claims.
All our training programmes, offered by qualified facilitators, are outcomes-based and NQF aligned allowing learners to receive credits on successful completion of assessments against the set Unit Standard criteria.
